We don’t offer an exchange or return of goods for unreasonable reasons. Please shop mindfully.

  • ONLINE ORDER : The damaged goods must be reported to us within a maximum of 24 hours after you received the parcel. Please include an image of the damaged goods from our packaging, your name, invoice, and contact details. We will review the cause of the damage. If we are satisfied that the damage occurred prior to the item being delivered to you, we will contact you and where applicable, arrange for an offer of a credit note.
  • IN STORE :  The damaged goods must be reported to us within a maximum of 24 hours after you received the goods. Items have to be in original and unused condition. We will not be liable for items damaged in return transit due to inappropriate packaging on your behalf. We will offer you an exchange of the product or a credit note.
