The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed by customers with the Home Basket website. By using the Home Basket website, you agree to be bound by terms and conditions set out by Home Basket.

Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time, without prior notice. The version of the terms that will apply to your order will be those on Home Basket Website at the time you place your order.

 

  •  Rule of ordering

Once you have put your shopping products into the cart and finalize your purchase by filling up your shipping details, your shipping cost will be automatically calculated by our DHL membership rate.
After all is paid, we will start preparing your order approximately 3 working days to get them ready to ship via DHL. Once we booked your shipment, we will notify you for your Air WayBill tracking number. Shipping via DHL will need 3 - 7 working days to arrive at your door.

 

  • Pricing

Price expressed on the Home Basket website and Application are expressed in 4 daily updated global currencies . The benchmark currency is the United States Dollar (USD). We reserve the right to change prices of items advertised on our website without notice.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment is received full. All goods remain the property of Home Basket until payment is received in full.

 

  • Cancellations

Cancellations and changes to order can only be made prior to payment being made. Cancellations are not accepted for orders that have been dispatched.

 

  • Product Disclaimer

Our product photos are as accurate as photographic processes. Please understand that colours that are displayed on your monitor may vary slightly to the original product.
All products displayed on our website are artisan and/or handmade and handmade items, by nature, have imperfections. Although we are thorough, there are inconsistencies based on the creative nature, each item will look a little different from the next.
